The Kinmount station was built for the Victoria Railway (later Midland, GTR and CN) by Sir William Mackenzie in 1876. It was used by CN until the 1981 when the line was abandoned. It is now restored and is home to a collection of railway artifacts and the Kinmount Model Railway Club.
