Coboconk's first station was built in 1872 by the Toronto and Nipissing Railway (later Midland/GTR). It was destroyed by fire around 1908 and replaced with a second station built by the GTR (later CN). The station has been relocated to a park in the centre of the village where it is slowly being restored.
