Unfortunately the feedback form has been removed thanks to the efforts of some very obnoxious and persistent spammers. These morons even go through the verification process of entering a CAPTCHA code to try and send me junk about buying essays and tutorials so I can get through school. (I managed to get two degrees without their services - I think I'll be OK.)
